IN-PERSON EVALUATION

Our team uses hands-on evaluation, observation, as well as a tool called the TPBA (Trans-Disciplinary Play Based Assessment) to determine a child's eligibility.

A child is eligible to receive Tiny-K early intervention services if:

  • The child is automatically eligible due to established risk for developmental delay.

  • The child demonstrates a developmental delay of 25% in one developmental area or a 20% delay in 2 or more developmental areas.

  • The child is deemed eligible to receive services based upon evaluators informed clinical opinion.
